It depends on the type of production and your country of residence.

About time of production:

If it's PRE-MADE, (which means we have the stock already available on hand), it will take between a week depending on your location of residence.

If it is a PRE-ORDER (which means that we do not have the stock already available on hand and we wait to have enough orders then we send them to be made), it will take approximately a month to make them plus the time of shipping (as we said before, between a week depending on your place of residence).

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF SPAIN WILL TAKE MORE THAN A WEEK. DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE, IT WILL TAKE MORE OR LESS, SO WE ASK INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE WHO ORDER TO BE PATIENT.

Yes, as long as it's in perfect condition, unused, and includes its tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Our return policy accepts returns within the first week of receiving the product. If more than a week passes, the product will no longer be eligible for a return.

To intiate a return, please reach us at team@abyss-world.com or our Contact Us form with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we process your return, we'll guide you with instructions through the process.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.
